Carbon Fabric Cutting — The Starting Point
The foundation of a premium racket lies in its raw materials.
Based on racket design specifications, high-modulus carbon fiber prepreg is precisely cut by equipment. Different sections adopt carbon fabrics of varied angles and sizes. The layer layout of frame and shaft is repeatedly optimized, which directly determines the racket’s torsion resistance, flexibility and hitting feedback.
Manufacturers cutting corners will simplify carbon layers and layout. Although the difference may not be obvious at first use, such rackets tend to deform or develop frame collapse after long-term intense play. Yodiman sticks to standardized lamination technology to secure core performance from the very beginning.

Carbon Blank Wrapping — Forming the Racket Prototype
How impact-resistant a racket is, how elastic the shaft feels, whether it causes arm vibration upon hitting — largely determined by this curing stage. Minor deviations in curing parameters will lead to drastically different hitting performance.

Demoulding & Polishing — Refining Contours
Polished blanks move to coating and printing workshops.
Once paint dries, butt cap, bottom cover, wooden handle and cone cap are installed. The racket is basically formed.

Printing & Coating — Creating Visual Appeal
Polished blanks move to coating and printing workshops.
Base coat and top coat are applied according to design schemes, then patterns, brand logos and model marks are transferred via water transfer printing.
For customized rackets supplied to overseas markets, we follow strict printing standards: model information is printed on the shaft instead of the grip. Patterns alignment and paint thickness are unified to achieve scratch-resistant, long-lasting finish.

Component Assembly & Multi-Round Quality Inspection
Once paint dries, butt cap, bottom cover, wooden handle and cone cap are installed. The racket is basically formed.
However, it cannot be shipped out yet!
We carry out multiple inspection procedures: weight verification to distinguish 3U/4U specifications, balance point testing, visual check for paint defects and invisible frame cracks. All blanks with unqualified weight or eccentricity are eliminated directly.
Only after passing all inspections, grips are installed, and a complete badminton racket is finally finished.
